ShadowEtc: a blackmail as a service

I need help partners for develop of ShadowEtc: a blackmail as a service (BaaS); extorts calls to and from users on phone calls app to get their voice recording for replayed speech using copied voice and background location, harvests photos of them using social networks and grabs employer information and family contacts. Creates deepfake images of the person doing things like flexing guns next to drugs, having sex with a university student and anything else related to targeting of information of subject to create pressure. It doesn't need spreading only needs to contact the person by phone and it can even use VoIP+spoof caller id so if they don't pay it will contact family or work and send sms with deepfake photos. It warns them via sms and call and shows the deepfake photos and demands a payment. I attached a deepfake photo example to show how realistic it are.
