Aiite so imma keep it 1000 .. I have been doing shit the fraud way for 3 almost 4 years .. I live in a city full of mfs who would rather swear they the coldest rather than admit they don't know everything l and haven't met anyone to bounce methods/tips ect off because as yall know this shit is 80% trial and error ... I've hit some decent licks but everything i know is shit I have had to figure out myself .. so im not doing great financially rn I lost all my identification I had legal issues fuck me over and Im 4 months clean off fentanyl... im trying to get bacc on my feet
Don't get me wrong im in no wayy asking for a handout but I could use some knowledge and that can fs go both ways .
But more than that , the screenshot I included is from simplifile, I have access to multiple real estate professionals logins , which gives me access to thousands of documents such as these, like I said I've come up many times off my own ideas implementing shit from these docs but I know there's someone out there that could be doing so much more ...
