What you have over there are spammed cards.
This is exactly what I tell people always on about Spammed cards. You simply can NEVER take a dime out of a card you don't have full unhindered access to.
Having a card number plus cvv, exp and billing doesn't guarantee anything. Some will say they are "non vbv" lol.. What card issuer in this whole wide world produces a card you don't need authorization for cos that's what "non vbv" means. The people advertising such garbage also have bank cards that they use, do they mean to tell me that they withdraw funds out of their cards without authorization or pin? You guys should really think about it. Spammed cards are a proper waste of time.
Sorry buddy, until you have access to the phone number or email registered to the victim's credit report and that's directly linked to those cards that you have, I'm afraid you can't do absolutely nothing with them.
And let's assume you somehow miraculously have access to all that, pray to the good Heavens that there's even any funds in the cards. Cos Spammed cards are superbly synonymous to ZERO available balance.
