I was a vendor on Savastan and had been using the platform for a long time, including previous successful withdrawals to the same BTC wallet. On my latest payout, the money never arrived. I contacted support several times and asked for one simple thing: the TXID and the wallet address they supposedly paid. Instead of providing blockchain proof, they suddenly claimed months later that my account had been “stolen” and that the funds had been sent to an old wallet that was supposedly originally registered on the account. They even claimed that the $500+ I had previously received was sent to me “by mistake”. I showed them screenshots proving which wallet was linked to my vendor account and my blockchain history, including previous withdrawals, but they still did not provide a valid TXID for the missing payment. I also found other vendors/users reporting similar payout problems. After I confronted them and kept asking for proof, we were removed/blocked and the chats were deleted. Luckily, I saved screenshots of the conversations, wallet details and blockchain history before everything disappeared. If they really paid a vendor, showing the TXID should take seconds. No TXID, no verifiable payment. Vendors should think twice before trusting Savastan with their money.
