Good day to all, respected forum administrators and colleagues. Today I encountered a very particular situation when purchasing information from this gentleman who advertises himself on the forum as one of the best stores to work with.
Offering refunds for orders, obviously for expired cards, I deposited $117 into my account, sending it directly to his wallet. He then recharged my bot, and I began purchasing information, alerting support about its short validity period.
Implement an automatic bot block based on refund rates, which I don't object to—it's no secret that some colleagues misuse the system or engage in unethical practices, stealing from the stores that provide their livelihood. But that's not my case. I make around seven purchases, all of which are declined. I immediately process them through 4Check and refund the orders 10 or 20 seconds after the purchase.
What follows is more amusing than annoying. The bot blocks me based on the rule that my refund rate is too high. I contact support because it's obviously a false positive, and their response is essentially that it's my fault for refunding all the orders, leaving me with $89 frozen because the last of the seven purchases was active, and obviously, I didn't refund it. Then they blocked me for "malicious refunds," even though all the refunds were processed seconds after the purchase.
Be careful when buying from this person; the most you'll likely get from them is mockery of your problem. They'll claim it's not their fault for offering low-quality information and still expecting people to remember it, because, according to them, it's a "malicious refund."
