To anyone who thinks of buying with ccexpress, this is my review and I think there's stuff other buyers should know.

So I've been trying to buy specific cards from old bases which have been on the block from about february, april and all have been dead. In my opinion, the ccs have been heavily resold, but the truth? Maybe the sellers use re-re-resold malware to get the info so that can be the reason for them to die, but this has equal weight of the possibility of the ccs being resold.

The bases have been said to be HQ (70%+), however 1 in 20 is live if anything so heavily dead.

If the base lives up to its CVR then 1 in 20 has barely even a decent amount in it.

After trying to get good ccs, ccExpress have personally targetted my account and edited it so that every cc costs at least 63$ which is absolutely ridiculous. I have created an alt to see if it's a mistake on their end and someone just made a genuine mistake, but my alt shows that the same ccs are normally priced.
What I want everyone to know is that they picked my account and added 63$ to every cc that exists so it's almost impossible for me to be buying anymore. This screams SCAM, CCEXPRESS IS SCAM, SCAM.

I mean, think about it. Do you seriously think I'll be buying a dead card? There is completely no benefit of me buying a cc that costs 5$, 10$, and then I can't profit. They say they detect "cc abuse", which is so retarded it's insane. Maybe tell your sellers to stop reselling and start uploading actually CVR as advertised?

They also modified the cc check option so that it doesn't check your cc but it just says valid right away even though the cc is dead. This is also a huge red flag.


There's many other reasons why you shouldn't be buying from them but that'll just make me create a novel of hundreds of pages. Save yourself your money and don't give it away to them like charity for nothing in return. If even one person considers this post that will be great.

I've been trying to get in contact with them, but to no avail. They just post shit here and leave.
I don't really have an issue going to another autoshop at all. There's like 100 I can choose right now and there's 20 every new day. It's up to them to not be a scummy scam.

They have locked my account with which I've spent just a little over 500$ so that's 500$ profit for the market.

I know they won't bother replying here, but if I can save someone else from being stolen of their money, even if it's 1 person, that would be my goal achieved.

I will come back and correct myself if ccExpress decide to fix this obvious scummy scam behavior on their part.

Actually, the card validity rate (CVR) is not 1 in 20, but 1 in 40. They either resell the cards or are terrible at gathering the information. Chances are it's most definitely the first variant.
Even if a base is from february, the cards have expiry date for at least 2 more years.

I've tried with bases that are a month old, but they are just less crappy - meaning not good at all, just less shitty. ccExpress say that the CVR is 70%, but the ratio is more like 3:10 - 3 live in every 10 checks so it's still garbage.

What I assume the case is that they noticed that I've been trying to get live ccs from older bases so naturally my account "killed" (well, not killed, but rather exposed how many dead cards there are) cards so they locked my account so that every card costs AT LEAST 60.00$ which is insane.

I can get bank logs for cheaper or the same prices and profit 100x more.

These are just my two cents.


There are sellers who sell actual high validity rate of cards but their cards are resold. They are empty. Me and my team have been testing them and 96%+ of the cards in those "VHQ" or "HQ" bases has NO balance at all. A complete waste of money.
This means that you'll waste 200$ to profit MAYBE 50$.

They will come with the excuse "if you can screenshot and show us proof that they are resold we will refund you your cc". First of all, you should be giving the boot to the sellers who resell shit. That is not legit business thinking to sell garbage to customers. Don't you want to profit? I guess your shitty scam for 30$ will keep your business running and getting dumbasses to waste their money.
Second of all, we all know positively very well that customers, me, you (you, ccexpress), know damn well that these sellers are scammers and it makes your shop nothing more than those sellers - a scam. There's no need for proof. We've tried over 500 live and valid cards from all of your vendors.

Unless you change your ways, then we won't be buying. At the end of the day, it's up to you. Change your ways or don't. There's 20 new autoshops every day. We are absolutely motivated to go some place elsewhere.

What I think? No one should be buying from them. They have a quality looking website but that's it.
