Use resellers. You can find the list of them on the official Tibia webshop.
Be wary of suspiciously low prices though, as these could be scams. Always double-check the seller’s reputation and avoid trading with unknown or untrusted players as some players might create fake offers to manipulate the market prices. Be cautious and always verify the legitimacy of the offers before placing your order.

Note: some certain payment methods you use can delay coin transferability by 6 months. So if you need your coins transferred immediately, select the Tibia Coins (transferrable) tab during checkout and pick a supported payment option that does not force a security hold in your region. And more importantly, use a card you have complete ACCESS to cos they expect the payment method's name to match the account holder's registered details, although they still allow family or friends payments. Change your card. If you used a spammed card, your chances of getting successful at it is 1%.

You could try registering another Tibia account to match the name on the card you have and try again. Just ensure you have access to OTP and be particular about the region in which you set your IP.

Tibia takes their security very serious. One little mistake and it's all over.

so in this case when u say OTP is smt like a SMS to confirm im the buyer? received by the owner?

OTP is some sort of verification so the platform knows it's the card owner that's doing the transaction. So long as you can access it, the platform will believe you're truly the owner and will approve your order even if the card isn't yours.

Spammed cards do not come with email access. Hence you literally can't use it in the real sense of it.

Controlled cards do give you complete access to OTP by the way. If you can apply for that, and open a new Tibia account to match the name exactly as it is on the controlled card, that should boost your chances of hitting the coins by 98%.
