I am extremely disappointed with the way StashPatrick handles customer support. After losing access to my account, I made every possible effort to contact the admin and support team to explain my situation, verify my ownership, and recover my account. Despite all of my attempts, I received little to no meaningful assistance. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of urgency and willingness to help when a legitimate customer is facing an account-related issue. Instead of providing a clear solution or even making a genuine effort to assist, StashPatrick has been completely indifferent to my situation. A service should not only be judged by its features, but also by how it treats its customers when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, StashPatrick has shown a serious lack of responsibility towards its own customers. When I needed support the most, they simply did not seem to care about helping me or protecting the interests of their customers. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and the way this situation has been handled is completely unacceptable works like a jerk and has no responsibility towards his own customers
I am a level 9 customer, having spent up to $50,000 on this site. And they behave with customers like that, like an act of fraud to appropriate property.
