let's start with the basics: you need a high-quality proxy—don't settle for junk. If someone isn't capable of setting up a proxy, they probably don't actually need one; but even if they do want to, they can easily ask the support team at any proxy service for installation instructions. Typically, these services even provide written guides; personally, when I purchased a proxy from Lux (and this isn't an ad), they included info on how to configure it
