Dispute Subject: Unreceived withdrawal funds - Cashout marked completed but no BTC received
Username (complainant): super24ccs Respondent: @Savastan0
Dispute Type: Payout / Withdrawal Failure Details: I requested a cashout withdrawal of $391.30 on 2026-07-26 21:49:32 via savshop.mu seller panel. The platform system displays the cashout status as successfully completed. However, I have NOT received the corresponding BTC to my wallet address: bc1q57vxxxxxxxxxxxx7a7srj I have repeatedly contacted Savastan0 via forum PM and Telegram (@Spt1m15tc7) multiple times since 27 July to request checking the on-chain transaction record. The seller has responded very infrequently and failed to provide any valid blockchain transaction hash(TXID) to prove the payment was sent. Until now, my fund is still missing.

3. Telegram chat logs communicating about this missing withdrawal Request to arbitrator: Force Savastan0 to provide valid on-chain TXID for this withdrawal. If no valid transaction proof can be supplied, order the
platform to reissue the payment of $391.30 equivalent crypto to my BTC address.
