Claimant: cc2024hero Respondent: @SaintPatrick
Case Description: I registered my seller account cc2024hero in June 2024. During registration, I contacted SaintPatrick via forum PM, and provided my jabber cc2024hero@xmpp.jp for identity verification as required. Recently I lost my seller panel password and cannot log into the account. I sent a private message to SaintPatrick to request identity verification and password reset assistance, but he ignored my message and provided no support.
