Yeah I have a feeling im being ignored, I created my first ticket the 19th regarding my account being taken down ive never used any other site then my bookmark. As well as I had purchased a card and noticed cards said 19.99$ refunded which is impossible because you cant ref those bases

So I refreshed and I couldnt get back in nor reset the password.

Ive made over 4 tickets and had partners even make tickets for me... All ive gotten was "Send ticket ID" Which I sent it within a 3 min time frame of them responding to the ticket, which that ticket was made 3 days after the first one so it seems to me theyre avoiding my ticket.... This is ridiculous

They dont have a tele, ive contacted them via jabb3r and ticket system... Not one has gotten back to me about my issue.... In my opinion a customer who is a high level and spent LOTS of money should be helped and taken care of not ignored...

Issue occurred again my account was hijacker even after resetting passwords and securing it via admin which is impossible due to never logging into any phishing sites and using a secured password.
