Why checker deducting fee when card is dead? Isnt that a ripoff? when card is dead checker shouldnt be deducting fee. stop that!!

No I didnt get them back, inact so far I have lost almost $5 to checker fee . when you refund through ticket, you dont refund the checker fee as well.
