ARE MY FUNDS SAFE?
We operate through LocalCoinSwap and CrdPro. Every transaction is secured by escrow, whether it's through LCS or CRDPRO.
As long as your funds are sent out and paid you will always receive your cryptocurrency in a timely manner. Escrow services are there to guarantee your and our safety.

VERIFICATION
We value your privacy. We do not require traditional identification (no selfies, no IDs). You simply need to have a valid Zelle account to start using our services.
However, you need to verify that you have access to the Zelle account. This is done by sending a video of you signing into your Zelle account and showing the balance before initiating the trade. You do not need to share any sensitive information, only a clear video of your banking dashboard against a screen with this page open.
Why?! Because sometimes, less-reliable customers rely on Zelle transfers when they do not control the associated account. The success rate for such a transaction is negligible, and it ends up wasting everybody's time.
This is a one-time procedure and your future transfers from the same Zelle account will not require any additional verification.

TERMS
- Contact us via LocalCoinSwap or Telegram and let us know the amount you would like to exchange.
- The Customer (that is You) is responsible for escrow fees.
- The funds need to be successfully paid out on your end. We will require a screenshot of a completed transaction page with a reference number to ensure that your payment has been confirmed and released.
- If you encounter a temporary hold, we will wait until it is resolved. In such case, you should call your financial institution and confirm that the transfer was made for you.
- You must strictly follow our instructions and make sure you enter the correct details, the correct memo, for the transfer to be completed.
