If it’s a new card you legitimately applied for, the CVV is normally provided with the card details by the issuer. For most Visa cards, it’s a 3-digit code on the back of the physical card, usually near the signature panel. If you only have the 16-digit number because the card is virtual/digital, check your bank/card issuer’s official app or website for the card details. Some issuers provide the security code digitally rather than printing it on a physical card. If you don’t have access to the CVV, you can’t legitimately calculate or derive it from the 16-digit number and expiration date. Contact the card issuer or check the card-management section of their app.
