First of all, the prices at this shop are good, and their checks are quite accurate. However, if a card is checked and found to be dead, they do not refund the checking fee ($0.2). I feel that if a card turns out to be dead, the checking fee should be fully refunded rather than having the consumer bear the cost. After all, you cannot see the card's information during the check, and this would also prevent any malicious behavior of intentionally ruining cards.

The inspection fee is charged by the inspector; we do not receive any portion of this amount.
