Hello I am wondering who has experience with cc from other countries other than the one they live in? I know we've all seen them seems like every vendor has them from dozens of other countries my question is what's the game on them? Is it possible to cash out?? What's the difference on what you need for their info vs info from a US card. I'm just wondering what can be done with them or if there's countries that are hitting rn.. anyone anything would be appreciated thanks
