I heard people say if low on balance start with carding food, beauty products logs how do that work ?

there is no guide on those

literally just use them, if you're getting good logs the vendor will usually provide a tutorial on how to use, most of the time its basically nothing, just login, buy, with some variation of changing name/email after/before ordering, just depends on shop, but yes, beauty and food is the easiest for starters.
