What is your shop user? Also the balance fluctuation depends on the manual refunds which happens via ticket as well apart from checker.
User has ability to open a ticket and ask for a refund within 24 hours.

Unpaid sellers are either reselling in different shop, or extremely LQ stuff. Please help with your username, it is blurred in screenshot.
