- Verify that the prepaid card is registered with the correct billing address and ZIP code.
- Confirm the card has enough available balance, accounting for any pending authorizations.
- Try purchasing a smaller gift card amount if the retailer allows it.
- Contact the retailer’s customer support and ask why the order was canceled they can often tell you if it was a payment issue or a fraud-screening decision.
- If possible, use a standard debit or credit card instead of a prepaid card.
Your Fourth point.
You're seriously asking someone with a spammed card to contact customer support. On what basis would he be laying his complaint if he's required to present some docs for verification or even asked to come to the bank in person.
What would you have him do if the card he has is of a female and he's calling Support with a male voice.
How does he contact Support if he doesn't have access to the victim's credit report? How does he answer the questions thrown at him? Or you think the bank will just divulge informations without verifying if it's the real one of the card that's calling?
Little wonder how some of you get caught by the Feds when you're this stupid and careless.
It's really astonishing how dumb you are and what's most troubling is how you keep portraying yourself as knowledgeable on this space.
