You take an original, valid card and modify the service code or other parts of the track data; if it still gets approved, it means the card has been successfully "generated." You can then use that same base pattern to generate multiple cards, all of which will be approved. Depending on the specific pattern and the bank with the vulnerability, you might see a success rate of 30 to 50 out of every 100 attempts.

I don’t want people who just have a text file containing 100 invalid cards, bought from those databases that, these days, are nothing more than trash—useful only for obtaining BIN ranges where fraud is already underway.
