Are there significant differences between carding in South America and Europe?

I currently work with credit cards in my home country, but I want to travel, experience other cultures, get familiar with different payment gateways, etc.; the goal is to learn and explore. Do you think I’ll run into too many differences or barriers when it comes to carding?
I plan to arrive in Spain and start from there; do you have any recommendations?

I’d also appreciate recommendations for apps to get around; haha, does Uber exist there?
