1.to answer your questions bro for the first one most of the time to me the first thing is to see if the card is live cause most of the sellers if its live you wont get a refund so i do that after.
2. to your second question about the balance you can use atomcheck or luxcheck & make a balance check but i usually test them on the websites i buy items from i will start with a low balance the rise the price if it fails with small amounts i know there is no balance but if i got my CCs from first hand sellers i trust i just got for high balances and most of the time it works if it fails on high balances it works on small ones .so most of the time thats how i determine the balances on CCs .
3.And to be honest the cheapest place i used to find first-hand CCs was Ronaldo & Cerbux going for 17$ on expensive days if cheap they would go for 14$ and the most consistant firsthand CCs you can get from saint patrick but you have to know your sellers those go for 23$ somtimes even 30$ but they quality has dropped so i wold reccommend hypmarket for now buy the top teir zone of mid teir zone .
For me i would reccommend you try chines websites latetly cause these russian sites that used to have good material they all dead or reseling or let me say it will really be hard to find first hand CCs .
Even saint patrick dosnt sell the first hands i used to find the CCs you will find that are live have low balances but atleast profitable unlike other websites .
but for me so far i can say if i have some side cash i buy some 1$ CCs on valeria if im lucky i find some live one with balances plus the checker is free but if im on my last dime lately i just buy from hypermaket its a fresh chinnes site im able to find working CCs there with balances but i also dont know when that will last.
