Carding How to deal with transaction alert?

I know visa payment alert can be used at intercepting purchasement alert from owner through email. What about non vpa cards? flooding sms?

How about debit cards? It alerts transaction through bank app. Enrolling? Isnt it for high volume operation? Im looking for mid-low volume operation. Help me pros!
